Welcome to Yogaspace, where we practice Iyengar Yoga as a healing art.

We offer a regular schedule of classes and workshops as well as individual instruction in hatha yoga in the Iyengar tradition.

We specialize in yoga with the goal to enhance every practitioner’s health and well-being. Based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, our yoga practice is ideally suited for such conditions as musculoskeletal injuries and chronic illnesses. The Iyengar Yoga method can be adapted to meet the needs of every person, regardless of physical challenges.

In our practice we use supportive props – including but not limited to folded blankets, straps and blocks, which enable all students to achieve perfection in every posture and therefore to realize its full benefits.
