Our Classes

Iyengar Yoga
All levels are welcome. Wear loose fitting clothing and bare feet. A place to change is provided. Showering is not necessary after class.

Early AM Free Pranayama Class
One develops a state of relaxed alertness without perspiring.

Asana
Physical postures that develop strength and flexibility in the body, clarity of mind, and benevolence of spirit.

Pranayama
Prana is a Sanskrit term for "life force". The Pranayama classes present breathing techniques designed to improve our energy and help us explore and penetrate deeper levels of ourselves.

Sanskrit and Chanting
Experience the healing power of Sanskrit, the ancient language of Yoga. In this class we will explore the sounds of Sanskrit by chanting the alphabet and verses from the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads. No previous experience is necessary.
